A complete range from main / sub-distribution boards to bus ducts with nominal ratings from 250 A up to 4000 A. Incoming feeder sections and bus-coupler arrangements are available for rated currents up to 4000 A. Power factor correction equipment, if required, can be built into the switchboard. Bus duct arrangement to transformers or between panel sections can be made in the enclosure and bus bar system. This ensures complete integration and provides a professional and uniform design throughout the switchgear room.
We offer DG Synchronizing Panels which are based on Auto / Manual sharing, Auto Synchronizing, Auto KW & KVAR sharing and Load dependent start / stop features. Changing of schemes are made through PLC & software which work in tandem with the Generator Control Package Relay that also takes care of power monitoring, communication, display as well as protection. Because of KW dependent load sharing, optimum utilization of DG sets are possible. This increases DG sets efficiency and saves lot of fuel. DG Sets are always tried to run with about 80% load factor, where we get maximum efficiency of DG Sets. Load dependent stop and stop facility can also be incorporated in the logic in order to further save fuel costs and wear & tear of the DG sets. Unequal sizes of DG sets can also be synchronized with special relays and PLC logic. Multiple DG sets can be synchronized.
The AMF panel is connected to the generator set to power control the operational functions. Once a power cut is detected, it automatically signals the generator to start and support the load. It will start the generator if it detects that the mains power fluctuates.
APFC Panel has microcontroller based programmable controller which switches the capacitor banks of suitable capacity automatically in multiple stages by directly reading the reactive load (RKVA) which works in the principle of VAR sensing tends to maintain the PF to 0.99 Lag.
